“JB Plumbing & Heating had done such great job with the plumbing in our old house that we were quick to pick up the phone when we moved house a couple of years ago and needed a lot of help to fit 2 new bathrooms, a new kitchen, a new boiler and 11 new radiators. Not just that but pretty much everything needed to be re-positioned, including pipes that had been visible, moved inside of walls. Nothing was too much trouble for James and he could be relied upon to provide excellent advice and ideas to help us realise our plans for the renovation. James worked brilliantly with the other contractors we had in to help with the renovations (fitter, builder, electricians, tilers, plasterers) and in fact, many of the contractors were introduced to us by James. As well as being an excellent plumber, James is reliable, trustworthy and friendly. On the very rare occasion James has not been able to get to us as planned, he’s quick to communicate and it's usually an emergency where he’s been diverted to fix an elderly lady’s heating or get a shower working for a young family. We have also benefitted from his willingness to help in a crisis - I managed to hammer a nail into an underfloor pipe and James hurried over (on a Saturday afternoon) to fix it before it caused any serious damage (apologies to Mrs Black on that occasion). James’ work is exceptionally clean and tidy and we rest assured that we have safe and reliable heat and hot water whenever we need it.”
